Indochino, the made-to-measure menswear company, announced on 13 August 2026 that it will open 10 new standalone showrooms across the United States in 2027. The company called it its largest investment in standalone retail in years and the start of a new small-format approach. Each showroom will offer one-on-one appointments with the company's style guides and made-to-measure suits, shirts and outerwear.

Six locations are confirmed for early 2027: Cherry Hill, New Jersey; Columbia, Maryland; Ross Park, Pennsylvania; Brea, California; Roosevelt Field, New York; and Boca Raton, Florida. Four more are due in mid to late 2027, with sites to be announced once leases are signed. An initial version of the release listed Columbus, Ohio, which the company corrected to Columbia, Maryland the same day.
“Our customers keep telling us they want the INDOCHINO showroom experience closer to home”
Drew Green, president and chief executive, Indochino
A smaller shop
The new boutique showrooms will measure roughly 1,500 to 1,800 square feet, compared with 2,000 to 5,000 square feet for the company's existing flagship showrooms, Retail Insider reported. Indochino currently has 56 flagship showrooms in the United States and 13 locations in Canada. Green said he saw no current need to add more in Canada.
Green told Retail Insider that if the 2027 openings go well, his goal is to open 10 showrooms a year for the next five years. The company has said it sees small-format showrooms as a growth lever it expects to expand over about a decade.
Profitable enough to expand
The announcement follows six consecutive quarters of positive EBITDA and a record quarterly EBITDA in the second quarter of 2026. Indochino is privately held and describes itself as the world's largest made-to-measure apparel brand. It did not disclose revenue.
Founded in 2007, Indochino runs showrooms in the US and Canada and sells online. It opened five showrooms in 2024, expanded its partnership with Nordstrom in 2025 with additional suiting shop-in-shops, added custom women's clothing in 2023 and launched its first ready-to-wear suit collection for US and Canadian shoppers in 2024, Retail Dive reported.
What it means for suit buyers
Indochino's model starts with a fitting: a style guide takes measurements in the showroom, the customer chooses fabric and details, and the suit is made to those measurements. Moving the showrooms into suburban shopping centers such as Roosevelt Field and Ross Park puts that fitting step closer to customers who live outside big city centers. Before you book, our guide to how to measure for a suit explains which measurements matter, and our comparison of bespoke and made-to-measure sets out what this kind of service can and cannot do.
