Nordic Bespoke

Nordic Bespoke is a family business on Sukhumvit Soi 18, a short walk from BTS Asok, led by owner Jack Lamichane, and the family brings more than 30 years of tailoring experience to every garment. Its clientele is made up largely of business travelers from Scandinavia and the rest of the world, and the team speaks Swedish and Norwegian as well as English and Thai.

The family's tailoring business began in Phuket, at Karon Beach, and in 2018 it moved to Bangkok, settling on Sukhumvit Soi 18 near the city's main business district. The Phuket location has since closed. In 2026 it received a Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice award, which is based on reviews from travelers.

Its range runs from slim business suits to Italian-inspired cuts, alongside shirts, trousers, blazers, waistcoats, overcoats, tuxedos and wedding suits. Women can have suits, skirts and dresses made to order, and linen blazers and trousers are available for warmer weather. Fabrics range from merino wool and wool-cashmere blends to linen and cotton, with options at every price level, and clients decide every detail.

A first visit covers fabric, style and details, followed by measurements, from which an individual pattern is drafted for the client, and trousers are then cut by hand from that pattern. Most orders need one or two fittings and are ready in two to three days. For travelers on a tight schedule, a 24-hour suit service is available at no extra charge when the chosen fabric is in stock.

Packages start at about $230 for a suit, a shirt and a tie, or about $350 in Italian or English fabric. The team offers complimentary hotel pickup in Bangkok with 24 hours' notice, delivers finished garments free of charge, and ships orders abroad. For business travelers who need a well-made suit before their flight home, it is a practical choice.
