Collars & Cuffs sells a service as much as a suit. Each client is assigned a concierge who handles fabric, styling and fittings, and who will measure and fit at home or in the office. The process runs in six steps: consultation, fabric and design, a first fitting, a second fitting the company calls the shadow trial, delivery, and a follow-up. Suits are made at the company's own production facility in Dubai, and it keeps each client's pattern, so repeat orders can be placed with little or no further fitting.
On construction, the evidence is thinner. The company calls its work bespoke and defines bespoke as a pattern drafted from scratch, but it publishes no description of a house cut, names no cutter, and offers suits partly or fully hand-stitched, the second taking longer. Esquire Middle East described the work as handmade made-to-measure in 2017, and no independent review has assessed the finished garments. The company dates its founding family's tailoring tradition to 1940; treat that lineage as its own account.
Price is its strongest argument. Bespoke suits start at $850, trousers at $240 and shirts at $120 (2026), with full payment taken when the order is placed. Delivery in about three weeks is quick by bespoke standards. M2M, the family-run Jumeirah tailor, offers a comparable service with a longer record and a fuller account of its canvas construction; Collars & Cuffs is the more convenient choice for anyone working in DIFC.
Choose it for business suits needed within a month, especially if you want fittings at your desk. The company does not accept clients' own fabrics or measurements taken by other tailors, and it does not currently make clothing for women. Clients who want a recognizable house cut and a named cutter should look elsewhere.

Questions
How much does a Collars & Cuffs suit cost?
The company lists bespoke suits from $850, trousers from $240 and shirts from $120 (2026). Fabric sets the final price; an undated Arabian Business guide gave a range of $550 to more than $5,400. Full payment is taken when the order is placed.
How long does a Collars & Cuffs suit take?
About three weeks, according to the company. Fully hand-stitched suits and fabric that has to be imported take longer. An express service is offered, subject to availability.
Where are Collars & Cuffs suits made?
In Dubai. The company says all its garments are made at its own in-house production facility in the city.
Will Collars & Cuffs come to my home or office?
Yes. Its concierge service includes home and office appointments for measuring and fittings, and delivery to the door. At least one appointment in person is needed before clients can reorder remotely.
Can I bring my own fabric to Collars & Cuffs?
No. The company does not accept clients' own fabrics or measurements taken by other tailors. It offers fabrics from mills including Loro Piana, Zegna, Dormeuil and Scabal, and does not currently make clothing for women.
